全球气候变暖,使青藏高原生态系统受到影响。这些影响既体现在高原植被和气候方面,也体现在高原水资源方面。气候变暖导致了高原冰川和冻土的消融和退缩,使得部分河流和湖泊迅速增长,同时,导致多数高原湖泊和河流干涸、草原植被退化以及牧业生产受困等社会和环境问题。

Under the circumstances of global warming,the Tibetan plateau ecology makes rapid and visible responds to sources. Climate ers overflow in climate change. The responds are embodied in plateau vegetation,climate and water rechange advances glacier retreat and degradation of permafrost. As a result,lakes and riv- some regions of the plateau. Moreover problems such as dried-up of lakes and rivers,degrada global tion o warming causes social and environmental f grassland ecology, and hardship for ani- mal husbandry. Analyzing the impacts of climate change on water resources in the Tibetan plateau, and proposing policy recommendations on climate change adaptation is urgently necessary.
