西藏高校毕业生就业制度改革的现状分析及对策思考 被引量:10

摘要 由于自然条件、经济、社会发展的实际情况,西藏高校毕业生就业制度改革起步较晚,进程缓慢。目前,西藏虽已对2006届至2009届毕业生按照新的就业制度实现就业,顺利完成了就业制度的过渡,但西藏高校毕业生就业制度的改革依然艰难,存在着一些问题与不足。推进西藏高校毕业生就业制度的改革,从国家、政府方面来说,需要政策的倾斜和扶持;从教育改革方面来说,需要技术的支撑和提升;从毕业生方面来说,应从自身做起,转变观念,提高综合素质,增强就业竞争力。 Due to the actual situation of natural conditions, economic and social development the reform of employment of college graduates started late and processed slowly At present, of Tibet, although the four sessions from 2006 to 2009 of Tibetan graduates have accomplished under the new employment system and fulfilled the transition Of employment system successfully, the reform of employment system in Tibet is still difficult with certain problems and deficiencies. To promote the reform of college grad- uates employment in Tibet, policy preference, support from the country and government, technical support and upgrade by education reform are necessary. Moreover, college graduates as well as themselves also should change their ideas, improve overall quality and enhance their capability of employment.
