西藏高校毕业生就业制度改革的现状分析及对策思考

由于自然条件、经济、社会发展的实际情况,西藏高校毕业生就业制度改革起步较晚,进程缓慢。目前,西藏虽已对2006届至2009届毕业生按照新的就业制度实现就业,顺利完成了就业制度的过渡,但西藏高校毕业生就业制度的改革依然艰难,存在着一些问题与不足。推进西藏高校毕业生就业制度的改革,从国家、政府方面来说,需要政策的倾斜和扶持;从教育改革方面来说,需要技术的支撑和提升;从毕业生方面来说,应从自身做起,转变观念,提高综合素质,增强就业竞争力。
