摘要
工作家庭冲突是一个包含工作干扰家庭(WIF)和家庭干扰工作(FIW)两个方向的构念。本研究以来自国内制造业某公司的166名一线蓝领员工为研究对象,考察了工作家庭冲突和上司支持对工作满意度的直接效应,以及上司支持对工作家庭冲突和工作满意度关系的调节效应。结果表明,WIF和FIW都与工作满意度显著负相关,而上司支持不仅是员工工作满意度的重要影响因素,而且还能缓冲WIF对员工满意度的负面影响。
Work-family conflict is a bi-directional construct consisting of work interfering with family(WIF) and family interfering with work(FIW).This study examined the direct effects of WIF,FIW and supervisor support on job satisfaction,and the moderating effect of supervisor support on the relationship between WFC and job satisfaction as well.Data were gathered from 166 frontline blue-collar employees from a manufacturing company.The results indicated that WIF rather than FIW significantly related job satisfaction.Supervisor support related positively to job satisfaction,and it also moderated the negative correlation between WIF and job satisfaction.
