21世纪经济全球化和全球竞争水平的提高使企业处在多变的市场环境中,经济环境的变化、政治及政府政策的变化等都会对企业带来一定的影响,只有适应能力强的企业,才能在变化中立于不败之地。因此,找出影响企业适应力的因素,通过人力资本管理有效地发挥"人"的作用以提高企业适应力,是现代企业应该关注的重要问题。
In the 21st century,the economic globalization and fierce global competition make the enterprise in a changing market environment.The changes of economies,politics and government policy will take some influence to the enterprise.Only the adaptability of enterprises can be invincible.Therefore,it's an important issue for enterprises to identify factors that affect adaptability,through human resources management to effectively play the role of human resources in order to enhance enterprise's adaptability.
