摘要
为了确定杂交后代遗传的真实性,分析父本在子代中的遗传比率,选用‘云割82-114’、‘云南1号’、‘云割83-184’、‘云割82-25’、‘云割82-160’、‘瑞割3号’等优良甘蔗细茎野生种作为父本,利用‘百眉蔗’、‘粤糖93-159’等作为母本,通过有性杂交,并利用SSR鉴定杂交后代的遗传关系。从140个后代材料中鉴定出109个真实杂种,27个是假阳性材料,4个自交材料。并对12个组合真实性达到6个以上的子代进行了父性遗传的评估,结果父本共检测出24个位点,各子代群体的平均父性多态性比率在33.33%~86.67%之间,平均基因杂合度较低,而父性遗传率相对较高,其中‘云割82-114’作为父本,与‘云割F180-189’杂交后代父性遗传率最低,与百眉蔗杂交后代父性遗传率较高;‘德蔗93-94’作为母本,与‘云南1号’杂交后代的父性遗传率最高,与‘云割83-174’杂交后代的父性遗传率最低。
In order to know the genetic relationship of male parent and hybrids from 15 cross combinations got by sexual hybridization ‘( CYG82-114’,‘CYG No.1’,‘CYG83-184’,‘CYG82-25’,‘CYG82-160’and ‘CRG No.3’were selected as male parent,‘Baimei sugarcane’,‘CYT 93-159’et al as female parent), 140 progenies were identified by SSR markers, the result showed 109 clones were true hybrids progenies and 27 clones are false progenies, 4 clones belong to self-fertility progenies. According to fathership genetic evaluations, the progenies of 12 cross combinations (more than 6 clones at least) liked male parent, their band rate account for the band from male parent range from 33.33%-86.67% , and represented low gene heterozygosity, at the same time, they possess relative high genetic rates of male parent. The male genetic rate was the lowest when‘CYG82-114’crossed with‘CYGF180-189’as male parent, then crossing with baimei sugarcane, represent higher male genetic rate. When‘CDZ93-94’as female parent crossed with‘CYG No.1’, the male genetic rate is the highest, then it is lowest as crossing with‘CYG83-174’.
