摘要
通过对比试验的研究方法,研究了低、中、高、特高不同浓度铅胁迫下典型十字花科种子不同品种白菜和萝卜萌发及幼苗生长及其叶绿素含量的情况,通过分析比较数十组试验研究数据结果表明:铅胁迫对十字花科种子萌发具有低浓度下的激活效应和高浓度环境情况下的抑制效应;对幼苗苗长具有胁迫初期低浓度下的激活效应,随着胁迫时间的延长,转而表现为抑制效应。而对幼苗的根生长具有显著的抑制效应。通过大量的对比研究试验的试验数据结果的比较分析得知幼苗生长状况比种子萌发更能体现铅毒性的大小。
Through the study way of contrast experiment, the author of this article had studied the situations of the mustard family's such as chinese cabbage and radish seed sprouting and its seedling growing and the content of chlorophyll in its seedling in different low, madium, high, special highconcentration of lead stress, and through the way of analysing and contrasting the data of many experiments. The conclusion of study had indicated lead stress on the mustard family's seed sprouting is that the low concentration of lead has activation but the high concentration of lead has check effection; And the conclusion of study had indicated lead stress on the mustard family's seedling growing was that the low concentration of lead had activation in the start time , but then it turned to check effection with the lapse of time. By analysing and contrasting the data of many experiments that study on the influence of lead stress on the mustard family's seed sprouting and seedling growing. The conclusion of study had indicated lead stress on the root growing of the mustard family’s seedling was obvious check effection. The conclusion of study had indicated lead stress on the seedling growing of the mustard family's seedling was the pernicious effects of lead had embodied even more big check effection to seedling growing than to seed sprouting.
