摘要
农药增效剂配合农药使用,能增强其效能,减少用量,从而减少残留。利用色谱分析方法,分析了使用农药增效剂加倍杀(倍创)后,三唑酮在小麦植株内的传导变化。结果表明,当三唑酮与加倍杀(倍创)的质量体积比达到1.5g/mL时,处理小麦叶片7、14天后检测其含量,三唑酮的内吸传导率在减少40%用量的情况下,其传导率却分别增加了30%和35%,并延长其在植株内的分解时间,延长药效期,可达到更经济、高效的目的。
Mixing pesticides synergist with the chemical pesticides will reduce dosage of the chemical pesticide and the amount of pesticide residues. In the present study, the changes of the absorption and conduction of triadimefon in wheatin vivo were investigated after mixed with Jiabeisha, a pesticides synergist through by chromatographic analysis. The results showed that when the ratio between the total solids of triadimefon to the volume of Jiabeisha was 1.5 g/mL, the rates of absorption and conduction of triadimefon were improved 30% and 35% after 7 and 14 days treated respectively, although the amount of triadimefon reduced 40%. Most important, the mixture also delayed the decomposition of triadimefon in wheat, and extended the actuation duration, so as to achieve the better effect.
