摘要
【研究目的】分离和鉴定具有抗菌活性的红树林土壤放线菌。【方法】基于形态特征、生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列分析,研究通过稀释分离法从广西北海红树林的高盐泥样中分离到的一株细菌。【结果】系统进化分析表明,分离菌株与仙台链霉菌(Streptomyces sindenensis)具有99%的同源性。因此,BH0954初步被鉴定为链霉菌属仙台链霉菌的变种。【结论】放线菌BH0954具有抗菌活性。因此,本研究将为本菌株乃至广西北海红树林的微生物资源的开发和利用提供初步数据。
[Objective]Isolation and identification ofActinomycetes sp of the activity of antibacteria from mangrove soil.[Methods]Based on the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis, an isolated bacterium from the samples of salt-high soil from Beihai mangrove forest was identifed.[Results]Phylogenetic analysis of the strain based on comparison of 16S rRNA sequence revealed that it was closely related toStreptomyces. sindenensis with 99% identity. So, the isolated strain was identified as one species ofS. sindenensis. [Conclusion]It showed that Actinomyces sp. BH0954 was of antibacterial activity. And thus would provide the original data for developing and exploiting the strain of BH0954 and the other Actinomyces resources of the mangrove forest soil of Guangxi Beihai.
