摘要
本文采用吸光度法测定了10个除草剂对斜生栅藻的生长抑制活性,其中包括3个原药和7个制剂产品,涉及12种有效成分。结果表明有5个药剂对斜生栅藻表现高毒,2个药剂为中等毒性,仅3个药剂为低毒。总体上磺酰脲类除草剂以及敌草隆、酰苯胺类吡唑草胺和吡氟酰草胺对斜生栅藻的毒性均较高。
Inhibitory activity of 10 herbicides,which including 3 technical products and 7 formulated products,and involving 12 kinds of active ingredients,on the growth of Scenedesmus obliquus were tested by spectrophotometric method in laboratory.The results indicated that there are 5 herbicides showed high toxicity to Scenedesmus obliquus,2 herbicides showed moderate toxicity,while only 3 herbicides with low toxicity.As a whole,sulfonylureas,diuron,metazachlor,diflufenican with the high toxicity to Scenedesmus obliquus.
