玉米杂交不亲和ga1基因的初步定位

Genetic mapping of a cross-incompatibility gene ga1 in maize

摘要 对杂交不亲和系6477与常规自交系87-1的BC1分离群体的遗传机制进行了分析,发现该材料的杂交不亲和性由1对隐性基因ga1控制.采用SSR分子标记结合BSA分群,将该基因定位在玉米的第4染色体上,与SSR标记um c1288和um c1294连锁,遗传距离分别为19.0和8.7 cM. A set of BC1 population derived from the cross-incompatibility line 6477 and normal inbred line 87-1,was used as materials to analyze the genetic mechanism of the cross-incompatibility line.The result demonstrated that the cross-incompatibility line was controlled by a ressive gene ga1.Using the technique of SSR molecular marker combined with BSA population segregating the gene was mapped on chromosome 4,linked with SSR markers umc1288 and umc1294,and the genetic distance was 19.0 and 8.7 cM respectively.
