农用收获机车架有限元分析与优化设计

Finite element analysis and optimal design of frame of agricultural harvester

应用ABAQUS软件对某农用收获机车架进行有限元静态分析,得到了车架应力云图,通过对结果的分析,运用优化设计理念对车架进行优化.改进后的结构在相同载荷作用下最大应力和最大变形量都明显降低,结构强度显著提高.

Using ABAQUS softwares,the stress distribution map was obtained based on finite element analysis the frame of a certain agricultural harvester.The frame was optimized using the optimal designing idea.The maximum stress and displacement of the optimized frame under the same loading are obviously decreased,and the frame intensity is improved dramatically.
