河南PVY高致病性株系的发现及其分子特征研究

Identification and molecular characters of the PVY strains with high pathogenicity in Henan

建立了依据cp基因或p1基因序列联合分析的PVY株系鉴定方法.分别克隆了河南省郑州市、信阳市、卢氏县等3个PVY分离物的p1基因和cp基因,采用上述方法并结合生物学和血清学方法对各分离物的株系种类进行了鉴定.结果表明,郑州市、信阳市的PVY分离物为PVYN∶O株系;卢氏县分离物为PVYNW株系.同时证明中国PVYN∶O株系和PVYNW株系的基因序列具有一定的地域特征.

A PVY strain identification method was established by analysing the joint sequence of cp gene and p1 gene.p1 genes and cp genes of 3 PVY isolates from Henan Province were cloned.The strains of these PVY isolates were identified with the molecular identification method,biological method and serological techniques.The results showed： the Zhengzhou isolate and the Xinyang isolate were PVYN：O strain,the Lushi isolate was PVYNW strain.The gene sequence of PVYNW and PVYN∶O strain of China were different from that of Europe and America.
