桦褐孔菌中多糖类和三萜类物质共提取研究 被引量:6

摘要 从水提取和有机溶剂提取2个方面,通过单因素试验,研究了提取温度、提取时间、料液比以及2种提取法提取顺序对桦褐孔菌中多糖类和三萜类共提取率的影响.结果表明,用水提再用异丙醇提得到的2种物质提取率较高.其中在初次水提料液比1∶40,温度80℃,时间2 h,多糖提取率为8.84%,三萜类提取率为1.71%. In aspect of water extraction and organic solvent extraction,single factor experiment were conducted to analyze the effect of the factors such as extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and the order of the two extraction methods on the extraction percent age of the polysaccharides and triterpenes from inonotus obliquus.The results showed that the optimum extraction order was water extraction and isopropanol extraction,and the yield of polysaccharides and triterpenes was 8.84% and 1.71% respectively under the conditions of 80 ℃,1∶40 solid-liquid ratio and 2 h for the first water extraction.
