副肿瘤性小脑变性1例被引量：1

摘要患者，男性，44岁，主因头晕、走路不稳8个月，伴言语不清3个月于2010年3月18日入院。患者于8个月前无明显诱因出现头晕，视远物时可见物体上下跳动，走路不稳而就诊于北京某医院。
