摘要
目的测定二苯乙烯苷的正辛醇-水分配系数(n-octanol/water partition coefficient,lgPOW),预测并解释其在人体内的吸收情况。方法以正辛醇-水为模拟系统,采用摇瓶法-紫外分光光度法,在320nm波长处测定分配平衡后正辛醇相中的二苯乙烯苷的浓度,由此计算二苯乙烯苷的lgPOW。结果二苯乙烯苷的IgPOW受到pH的影响,且随pH值的增大而减小,在pH 1.22,7.4和9.0条件下二苯乙烯苷的lgPOW分别为2.25,0.865,0.206。结论二苯乙烯苷易被胃黏膜吸收,不易被肠道吸收。
Objective To determine n - octanol/water partition coefficient (lgPOW) of stilbene glycoside for the prediction of its absorption. Methods A shake flask - ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was established. The concentration of stilbene glycoside in n - octanol phase after partition equilibrium was evaluated at 320nm. Results The lgPOW of stilbene glycoside was influenced by pH value. With the increasing of pH value, the lgPOW of stilbene glycoside decreased. The lgPOW of stilbene glycoside under pH 1.22, 7.4 and 9.0 were 2.25,0.865 and 0. 206,respectively. Conclusion Stilbene glycoside was poorly absorbed in intestine but well absorbed in stomach.
