摘要 药物成瘾是由于滥用药物与大脑奖赏系统相互作用产生的慢性脑疾病，对中枢神经系统的损害主要以神经系统的适应性变化最具特征，其形成机制复杂。目前临床研究表明具有成瘾性的药物主要以阿片类麻醉药品为主，如天然来源的吗啡、可待因，
