According to the basic data of talents in the national sports system provided by the overall subject and the relevant information provided by the Personnel Department of our National Physical Culture Administration,this study analyzes the situation of Chinese serving personnel in the international sports organizations,its characteristics,existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
