大强度耐力训练对发育期雄性大鼠骨骼肌运动终板形态学影响的研究

摘要 使用琥珀酸脱氢酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶联合酶组化染色,光镜下观察大强度持续跑训练后,发育期大鼠腓肠肌外侧各型肌纤维运动终板面积(纵切面)的变化。结果表明,经过大强度持续跑训练后,各型肌纤维上运动终板的面积与各自对照组都有所增加,并且各周运动组同型骨骼肌肌纤维的运动终板面积均有显著性差异。 To investigate the effect of the intensive endurance training on the motor-end-plate of lateral gastraocnemiums in the growth male rats,the specimens were histochemically stained with SDH-AchE.And the cross-sectional areas of all types of the motor-end-plate were measured with Image Analyzer.There were significant increase in the areas of thd motor end-plate in every exercise cycle,but the change was different in every exercise cycle.
