September 29,China Investment Corporation(CIC)will celebrate the third anniversary of its listing on the stock market.As China's first sovereign wealth fund,CIC's birth can be said to be both timely and untimely.As we all know,the global financial crisis began three years ago and for many companies this has been both a time of development and struggle. According the annual report released at the end of July,2009,CIC has made it through the negative situation it found itself in back in 2008,and although it seems now would be a time for them to catch their breath,they are still quite some distance away from being on solid ground.
