近年来国内外家畜养殖、产品加工及综合利用进展

Progress of livestock breeding,product processing and utilization at home and abroad in recently years

分析了近十年来国内外家畜养殖和畜产品生产状况,并从畜产品加工方面概述了国内外产品研究进展,简要介绍了几种畜产品和其副产物的的发展现状。根据畜产品可持续发展的内涵,对畜产品的发展趋势作出阐述。

In this paper,the situation of production and processing of livestock breeding at home and abroad in the past decade were analyzed,the research progress of production was reviewed and the development status of several animals products as well as their by-products were briefly introduced.Furthermore,the development tendency about meat products was discussed based on the connotation of sustainable development of meat products.
