摘要
为了解决挂面弯曲折断率测定中的徒手操作和端部转角目测精度低等问题,根据基于压弯轴向位移值的挂面弯曲折断率测定方法以及现行标准评定指标之间换算关系;运用触摸屏技术、PLC控制技术以及直线步进电机驱动技术,开发了基于压弯轴向位移值挂面弯曲折断率测定仪。经考核性试验,测定仪性能稳定可靠,完全满足设计要求;为质检部门的挂面质量检测和企业产品开发及质量评价提供了专用仪器支撑,提高了挂面行业品质检测的科技含量。
To resolve the low precision in handiwork determination,detection instrument for bending fracture rate of dry noodles based on compression bending axial displacement values was developed using touch screen technology,PLC control technology and linear step motor driving technology.Results:The assessment experiment shows the performance of the developed detection instrument is stable and reliable,and it completely satisfies design requirements.This technology improves the scientific and technical content of quality detection in dry noodles industry.
