摘要
关于工作特征和员工身心健康的复杂关系,Siegrist等人(1986)提出了付出-回报失衡模型来解释.该模型认为工作中付出和回报的失衡容易导致员工的身心健康问题,并提出了三种理论假设.该模型的测评量表可测出个体是否处于付出-回报的失衡状态,是否有超负荷的工作表现.近年来,该模型在国外工作倦怠研究中已得到较广泛运用,充分表明了其较强的解释合理性.
With regard to complex relationship between work characteristics and employee psychosomatic health, Siegrist et al (1986) introduced the effort-reward imbalance (ERI) model. The ERI model claims that the imbalance between effort and reward at work may lead to the development of physical and mental diseases. And it brings up three hypothesizes. The measurement of the model of ERI can test whether individual is in the imbalance between effort and reward and whether individual performs overcommitment at work. In recent years it has been widely used abroad in the test of job burnout, and its strong validities have been indicated.
