关注湖北传输系统员工满意度 实现企业战略转型

摘要 在倡导产品服务高品质和创新的今天,如何提高员工满意度被纳为企业的管理核心。为使湖北传输局在转型与发展时期持续活力与动力,省传输局工会在全省传输系统各单位员工中开展了工作环境满意度、工作回报满意度、工作本身满意度和企业满意度四个方面的员工满意度调查。该项调查,为湖北传输局的决策提供重要依据。焕发了员工活力,激发了工作热情得到,提高了工作积极性,为实现企业战略转型做出了应有的贡献。
