摘要
目的:探讨产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌质粒谱与ESBLs基因型的相关性。方法:收集郑州大学第一附属医院检验科2007年至2008年临床分离产ESBLs大肠埃希菌46株,采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳进行质粒谱分析,采用PCR技术检测ESBL基因型,分析同一菌株所携带质粒条带数与其携带ESBLs基因型别数的相关性。结果:产ESBLs大肠埃希菌有5种质粒谱型(分别为携带单一21000bp质粒、21000bp+2500bp2种质粒、21000bp+2500bp+3000bp3种质粒、21000bp+2500bp+3000bp+7000bp4种质粒以及21000bp+2500bp+3000bp+7000bp+9000bp5种质粒)和5种ESBLs基因型(1种型别10株,2种型别15株,3种型别12株,4种型别8株,5种型别1株),同一菌株质粒谱与其ESBLs基因型无相关性(rs=0.091,P=0.548)。结论:多种ESBLs表达基因可定位于同一质粒上。
Aim: To discuss the relation between the plasmid map and extended spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) genotype of produeing ESBLs E. coli. Methods:A total of 46 strains of producing ESBLs E. coli collected from the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university during 2007 to 2008. Plasmid maps were detected by agarose electrophoresis. Results:5 plasmid maps(contained 21 000 bp,21 000 bp +2 500 bp,21 000 bp +2 500 bp +3 000 bp,21 000 bp +2 500 bp +3 000 bp+7 000 bp,21 000 bp+2 500 bp+3 000 bp+7 000 bp+9000 bp,respectively) and5 ESBLs genotypes (1 genotype 10 strains,2 genotypes 15 strains,3 genotypes 12 strains,4 genotypes 8 strains,5 genotypes 1 strains) were found. The plasmid maps have no correlation to ESBLs genotype in 1 strains( r = -0. 091,P = 0. 548). Conclusion: All kinds of ESBLs expressing genes may locate at one plasmid.
