护士长在科室护理科研工作中的作用和困难的质性研究

Qualitative research of the roles and difficulties of head nurses in the performance of nursing research

目的分析护士长在科室护理科研工作中的作用及面临的困难。方法运用质性研究的方法,深入访谈12名护士长。结果护士长在科室护理科研工作中起主导、组织和后勤作用;督促和引导作用;与医生合作的桥梁作用。面临的困难来自护士长自身、科室护士和医院管理层,主要是护士长和护士较低的科研素质以及医院对护理科研的投入不足。结论护士长在科室的护理科研工作中起着举足轻重的作用,应规范护理科研管理体系,健全护理科研支持系统,加强护理科研知识培训。

Objective To analyze the roles and difficulties of head nurses in the performance of nursing research. Method In - depth interview was conducted on 12 head nurses. Results Head nurses played leading,organization,and logistics roles in the nursing research work of departments. They also played as supervisors and guiders. They were the bridges for cooperation with doctors. The difficulties they faced mainly came from head nurses themselves,nurses and hospital management,including the lower research quality of head nurses and nurses and the lack of attention and investment of hospitals. Conclusion Head nurses play an important role in the nursing research of departments. It is necessary to standardize the nursing research management system,hnprove the nursing research support system ,and strengthen the knowledge training about nursing research.
