促进早期母乳喂养干预措施的实施管理

Practice of the intervention to promote early breastfeeding

目的探讨早期母乳喂养管理的新方法。方法采取加强孕期母乳喂养知识教育,实施产时交替乳头刺激与产后早接触、早吮吸,加强产褥期教育与实践强化指导和心理护理等措施促进早期母乳喂养。结果母乳喂养率由90.08%提高到96.62%,产后4个月的纯母乳喂养率由54.00%提高到79.50%。结论对母乳喂养进行环环相扣的干预与管理,有助于促进早期母乳喂养的成功及提高纯母乳喂养率。

Objective To explore the new management method of early breastfeeding to promote the success of breastfeeding. Methods The measures included strengthening breastfeeding health education in the pregnancy period, implementing alternately stimulating nipples during the delivery period and early touch and early suck after delivery, and strengthening health education, practice guidance, and psychological care during the postpartum period. Results The rate of breastfeeding increased from 90.08% to 96.62%. The rate of exclusive breastfeeding at 4 months after delivery increased from 54.00% to 79.50%. Conclusion The continuous series of breastfeeding intervention and management can enhance the success of early breastfeeding and improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
