从电力系统通信网络管理的现状谈起，展望国内外电信网络管理的发展趋势。介绍云南漫湾发电厂通信集中监控系统应用情况，提出面向未来，电力系统通信网络管理应考虑如何向ＴＭＮ过渡。

This paper presents the current situation of the power system communication network management and forecasts the development trend of telecommunications network management at home and abroad. The paper also gives an introduction to the application of the communication centralized supervision and control system of the Manwan Power Plant and makes a proposal of how to realize TMN transition of the power system communication network management in the future.
