聚合酶链式反应-单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)是基因突变分析中的一项重要技术。由于其具有多方面的优点,因此,近年来的应用范围越来越广。对PCR-SSCP技术的建立和发展过程、原理、操作过程以及应用等方面进行了综述,以期对PCR-SSCP技术的应用起到一定的推动作用。

Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism（PCR-SSCP） is an important technique for detecting gene mutations.It has been used in many fields owing to its obvious advantages.The establishment,development,principles,operational process and application of PCR-SSCP were summarized in order to promote the application of PCR-SSCP.
