摘要
通过分析新疆少数民族学生的心理状态以及教师自身的要求,认为要提高《动物遗传学》课程教学质量,关键是要坚持以少数民族学生为本的教学理念,注重调动少数民族学生学习的兴趣及增强其学好课程的信心,并通过互动启发式教学方式来提高教学效果。
The psychological state of minority students and the requirements for teachers in Xinjiang were analyzed.To improve the teaching quality of the Animal Genetics course,it is vital to adhere to the minority student-centered teaching philosophy,to focus on mobilizing their interest in learning and establishing confidence to learn the curriculum well,and to improve teaching effectiveness through heuristic interactive teaching methods.
