摘要 所有生物的免疫防御系统在受到外界病原体侵染时都会产生一类生物非特异性免疫应答产物——抗菌肽,它具有阳离子性、分子量小、抗菌谱广、热稳定性好等优点,使抗菌肽在医学领域的开发与应用成为一种可能。研究表明,很多抗菌肽除了具有抗菌活性外,还对先天性、获得性免疫具有广泛的调节功能。 When being infected by external pathogens,animals initiate immune defense system.The immune defense system secrets non-specific immune products,that is,antimicrobial peptides.Antimicrobial peptides have positive charge,low molecular weight,broad antibacterial spectrum and good thermal stability.As a result,antibacterial peptides may be applied in medicine.Some researches show that many kinds of antibacterial peptides have antibacterial activity and extensive regulation on innate and acquired immunity.
