摘要
基于电磁场理论，利用线圈在高压输电线附近产生感应电动势来消除测量回路的感应电势这一原理，成功地研制了一种高压输电线在线测定器。
Based on the theory of electromagnetic field,an on line measurer for high voltage transmission line is successfully developed by using the principle of that the inductive potential in the measuring circuit can be eliminated by the inductive potential induced by the coil nearby the high voltage transmission line.Meanwhile,the software and hardware for the measurer are given.
