摘要 概述了电子政务服务能力管理研究的主要问题,包括电子政务服务能力的内涵、影响因素、培育与提升方法、管理工具等4个方面内容;从主要内容、关键环节、技术路线3个方面探讨了电子政务服务能力管理研究的思路;简单介绍了研究的现阶段进展。
