参参康心滴丸对实验性心肌缺血大鼠心电图ST段抬高动态变化及血清CK、LDH与血浆TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)含量的影响

Effects of Shenshen Kangxin Pill on Dynamic Changes in ECG ST Segment Elevation and Expressions of Serum CK,LDH and Plasma TXB_2,6-Keto-PGF_(1α) in Rats with Expeirimental Myocardial Ischemia

目的:观察参参康心滴丸对心肌缺血大鼠心电图(ECG)ST段动态变化及血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)含量的影响,探讨参参康心滴丸对实验性心肌缺血的防治作用及其机制。方法:采用尾静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)复制心肌缺血大鼠模型,记录心电图,测定血清CK、LDH及血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α含量。结果:参参康心滴丸低、中、高剂量组及复方丹参滴丸组ST段抬高程度低于模型组,参参康心滴丸低、中、高剂量组及复方丹参滴丸组血清CK、LDH及血浆TXB2降低,血浆6-Keto-PGF1α升高。结论:参参康心滴丸能够改善心肌缺血大鼠的心电图,可改变酶含量,对抗自由基氧化,改善心肌缺血。

Objective：To discuss the therapeutic action and active mechanism of Shenshen Kangxin drop pills on the experimental Myocardial Ischemia through observing the diversification of ECG,CK、LDH in blood lymph,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α in blood plasma of Myocardial Ischemia.Method： Making models by intravenous injection of hypophysin,ECG waveform,measuring TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α in blood plasma,CK、LDH in blood lymph were tested.Result：ST section of Shenshen Kangxin group（low dose,medium dose and high doses respectively） and Fufang Danshen drop pills tgroup were lower obviously than that of model team,CK、LDH in blood lymph decreased and TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α in blood plasma increased in Shenshen Kangxin group（low dose,medium dose and high dose respectively） and Fufang Danshen drop pills group.Conclusion：Shenshen Kangxin drop pills can improve the ECG of rats with Myocardial Ischemia and change content of Enzyme,counterwork Oxidation of Oxygen free radicals,improme Myocardial Ischemia.
