摘要
为中国的管理实践提供坚实的理论基础是中国管理研究所承担的最重要的使命,具体而言,从4个方面对"我国当前需要什么样的管理研究"进行阐明:直面中国管理实践而非国际一流学术标准;框定问题优先于界定方法;复杂问题简单化而非简单问题复杂化;全球化思考本地化行动。
The most important mission of Chinese management research is to provide solid theoretical foundation for the practice of management in China.Specifically,this paper sheds light on what management research we need in China from the following four aspects： facing Chinese management practice instead of international top journal;framing the issues instead of defining methods;simplifying the complicated issues rather than complicating the simple issues and thinking globally and doing locally.
