摘要 从匹配的视角探讨4种人力资源管理系统(承诺型人力资源管理系统、市场型人力资源管理系统、控制型人力资源管理系统和合作型人力资源管理系统)与4种组织文化(发展式组织文化、理性式组织文化、官僚式组织文化和团队式组织文化)的匹配对组织绩效的影响。研究发现并不存在一种特定的人力资源管理系统在任何情境下都能提升组织绩效,企业必须根据其组织文化特点,选择与组织文化相匹配的人力资源管理系统。 This study examines the relationship among human resource management system(HRMS),organizational culture and organizational performance.Four types of HRMS,which are the commitment-based,market,compliance-based,and collaborative HRMS for four types of organization culture,which are the developmental,rational,bureaucratic and group culture are developed.The findings suggest that there is not a single organizational culture or HRMS which improves organizational performance under all conditions.Enterprises should build a fit between organizational culture and HRMS according to internal and external environments.
