摘要 基于战略性领导架构及组织学习过程理论的分析,突破了学术界一贯以来认为的只有变革型领导作用于组织学习过程的思维定势,对交易型领导模式与组织学习过程的关联进行了探讨和分析,提出了一系列交易型领导对组织学习过程的积极影响命题,进一步丰富了组织学习理论。 With the strategic leadership and organizational learning processes theory,this paper challenges the conventional wisdom,which assumes only transformational leadership impacts organizational learning processes by highlighting the value of transactional leadership on the organizational learning processes.The paper develops propositions on how transformational leaders influence organizational learning processes positively to improve the organizational learning theory and provide some practical advices on enhancing organizational learning capability and building learning organization.
