摘要
目的探讨《骨科新护士培训指南》在新护士培训中的应用方法和效果。方法对骨科病房工作的16名新护士实施多导师带教、分阶段培训、多形式教学和定期考核。结果 16名新护士均顺利通过半年考核,按期上岗。独立参加临床护理工作后,无1人发生护理差错事故,无1例发生纠纷投诉。结论《骨科新护士培训指南》使培训工作更规范化、程序化。
Objective To explore the application mode and effects of "Orthopedic Training Guideline on New Nurses". Methods 16 new nurses in orthopedic ward were trained with variable forms and assessments of the multiple-mentoring system to stimulate their learning interests and initiatives. Results 16 new nurses had succeeded in the assessments. No one made an error, or received a complaint when they worked independently. Conclusions The guideline made standardsand procedures for the training.
