景毛沟U型渡槽槽身预制的几点体会

Several Experiences In Precasting U typed Concrete Flume Body of Jingmaogou

景毛沟Ｕ型渡槽口宽２６ｍ，槽身净高２０ｍ，槽身长９９７ｍ。采用正向整体浇筑预制；对模板的强度、刚度、稳定性进行计算校核，并依据计算结果加以调整。在浇筑过程中需注意：（１）进料方法及进料速度的控制；（２）振捣器使用的部位及振捣时间的控制；

The top width and clear height of the cross section of the U typed concrete flume body are 2.6m and 2.0m respectively, a length of it is 9.97m.The monolithic flume poring is adopted.For precasting,a“poring in normal state form”process is used,this is a process that the fabricated concrete flume,9.97m long,can directly be lifted and installed on its working position without being turned over,this point has a very important significance for convenience in construction.Experiences,positive or negative,in the construction are introduced in this paper.The project of Jingmougou is located in Xiangfen County,Shanxi Province.
