摘要
农村劳动力的转移,除了制度因素和体制因素外,直接受制于农村劳动力的就业能力。通过研究河南省农村劳动力素质及就业现状,深入探讨了农村劳动力就业中存在的突出矛盾,以及增强农村劳动力就业能力的培育途径,提出劳动力就业能力培育及农村劳动力转移的对策。
Except for regulation factors and system factors,the problem of rural labor transfer is directly restrained by the employment ability of rural labor.It was focused on the rural labor quality and employment situation in Henan Province ,the main existing conflicts in rural labor employment and the training methods of improving the employment ability of rural labor were discussed ,the suggestions of the labor employment ability training and rural labor transfer were provided.
