2009年寿光市乡镇公共卫生监督员群体结构调查

Survey on the Composition of Public Health Supervisors in Townships of Shouguang City,2009

[目的]了解寿光市乡镇级卫生监督人员的基本情况。[方法]2009年12月对寿光市全部乡镇95名公共卫生监督员按性别、年龄、学历、职称、所学专业、从事岗位进行调查。[结果]95名公共卫生监督员中，男性91名．女性4名，男女比为23：1。年龄≤30岁的7人，占7．37％；31～35岁的9人，占9．47％；36～45岁的47人，占49．77％；46-55岁的32人，占35．79％。学历本科21人，占22．11％；专科12人，占12．63％；中专62人，占65．26％。职称以初级为主77人，占81．05％；中级次之15人，占15．79％；副高最少3人，占3．16％；无正高级职称。专业以临床为主52人，占54．74％；公共卫生次之35人，占36．84％；会计5人，占5．26％；检验3人，占3．16％。工作岗位以一线监督员为主83人，行政管理兼卫生监督人员12人。[结论]寿光市乡镇级卫生监督人员的整体结构尚可，人员数量符合要求，但年龄偏大。整体培训质量较高，职称结构情况较好不存在无职称人员，但专业构成不够多样化，无卫生管理、法律类专业。应适当考虑年龄、所学专业科学配置人才队伍。

[Objective]To know the basic situation of health supervisors in townships of Shouguang city. [Methods]95 public health supervisors were surveyed from all towns of Shouguang in terms of gender, age, academic background, title, major and post. [Results]Of all the 95 supervisors,there were 91 men and 4 women. The male to female ratio was 23 ： 1.7 people were over 30,accounting for 7.37 % ;9 people were 31-35,accounting for 9.47 % ;47 people were 36-45, accounting 49.77 %;32 people were 46-55, accounting for 35.75 %. 21 people had bachelor degree, accounting for 22.11%;12 people graduated from technological academies,accounting for 12.63 % ,62 people graduated from secondary technical schools, accounting for 65.26 %. 77 people had primary-level professional titles, accounting for 84.05 %;15 people had middle-level professional titles, accounting for 15.79 % ;3 people had deputy senior titles, accounting for 3. 16 % ;no one had the senior title. 52 people＇s major was clinical,accounting for 54. 74% ;35 people＇s major was public health,accounting for 36.84% ;5 people＇s major was accounting,accounting for 5.26%;3 people＇s major was inspection, accounting for 3.16 %. As for the post,83 people were field supervisors, and 12 people were administration＆health supervisors. [Conclusion]The overall composition is satisfying. The number of personnel meets the requirements. The average age is older. The overall training quality is high,and there is no disqualified person. Majors are not diversified, and there is no person that is majored in health administration or laws. The team could be better constituted when the age and major issues are taken into account.
