摘要
[目的]利用海螵蛸理化性质,采用色谱固相萃取、净化的作用,通过超声振动对样品进行预处理,建立快速、准确、有效的方法,借助气相色谱分析食品中农药残留量。[方法]根据超声波空泡理论,利用海螵蛸特有吸附和解吸附的作用,提高有机相的萃取效率。[结果]方法线性:a=4803。b=12.62,r=0.9996,回收率:97.0%~990.4,RSD=5.02%,方法检出限9.86×10^-4μg/L。[结论]超声萃取海螵蛸净化装置的应用,解决仪器分析精度与样品预处理不统一的问题,并对样品中所含蛋白、色素和其他干扰物质,有选择的萃取、净化分离被分析组分。方法快捷、准确、可靠。
[Objective]To establish a rapid, accurate, effective method, with the physical and chemical properties of cuttlebone,by use of solid-phase extraction, purification, and pre-treatment of the samples with ultrasonic vibration, and use of chromatography to analyze pesticide residues in food. [Methods]According to theory of ultrasonic cavitation, improving the extraction rate of organic phase with cuttlebone, s unique effect of adsorption and desorption, [Results]There was a good linear correlation: a = 4 803, b = 12.62, r = 0. 999 6, the recoveries ranged from 97.0% to 99 %, with relative standard deviations 5.02 %, the detection limit was 9.86 ×10^-4μg/L. [Conclusion]The application of ultrasonic extraction cuttlebone purification equipment in solving the problem of incompatibility between instrumental analysis precision and sample pre-treatment, and also selectively extracting and purifying and isolating samples which contain proteins, pigments, and other disruptors. This method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
