摘要 Dickkopf-1(DKK-1)通过Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)经典信号传导途径以及Wnt非经典信号传导途径在体内诱导多种肿瘤细胞凋亡,调控多种肿瘤细胞的骨转移以及促进某些肿瘤细胞的浸润和侵袭,从而在肿瘤的发生和发展方面发挥重要作用. Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1) plays an important role in the initiation and progression of many human cancers. It can induce apoptosis of a wide variety of tumor cells in vivo through both the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway and the non-canonical Wnt signal transduction pathway. In addition, DKK-1 can modulate bone metastasis and promote the invasion and infiltration of some tumor cells.
