Leptin in gastric cancer

瘦素可通过多种信号转导通路促进胃癌细胞增殖,并对胃癌新生血管的形成发挥重要作用.瘦素在胃癌组织中的表达水平显著高于正常胃黏膜,且与胃癌的分化、肿瘤大小、远处转移等因素相关.瘦素是胃癌患者的一项预后因素,同时也可能成为胃癌治疗的新靶点.

Leptin promotes proliferation of cancer cells via various signal transduetion pathways and contributes to angiogenesis in gastric cancer, Leptin expression level is significantly higher in gastric cancer than in normal gastric mucous tissues, and correlates with clinicopathological features such as differentiation, tumor size and distant metastasis. Leptin has become a prognostic factor and a new therapy target of gastric cancer.
