肾脏滑膜肉瘤一例报告并文献复习

摘要 患者 女，45岁，因出现全程无痛性肉眼血尿20d入院。尿呈洗肉水样，偶伴凝血块。20d来症状逐渐加重。无尿频、尿急、尿痛，无畏寒、发热等症状。患者无左侧腰部肿胀不适，未触及包块，体重无明显变化。
