有机膨润土在醇溶剂中的分散悬浮性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶剂油代替二甲苯引发有机膨润土,测试不同配比有机土乙醇悬浮体的黏度和胶体率。试验结果表明,按有机膨润土:120^#溶剂油:乙醇的质量比为1:8:1制成预凝胶,然后将其缓慢分散至乙醇溶剂中,配制成有机土质量分数为2%的乙醇悬浮体,其胶体率能达到82%。采用该分散方法既可充分发挥有机膨润土的分散悬浮性能,又不会对生产环境造成污染。 Solvent oil has been used to replace xylene to initialize suspension of bentonite. Organic bentonite suspensions at different proportions were tested for viscosity and colloid rate. The tests show that organic bentonite, 120^# solvent oil and ethanol at mass ratio 1:8:1 in pre-gel dispensed to ethanol slowly can form alcohol based suspension with bentonite mass ration 2%. The colloid ratio can reach 82%. The above process can introduce suspension of organic bentonite at less pollution.
