根据监理工作的特殊性,论述了总监理工程师在监理工作中的服务理念、公正理念、规范理念、科学理念、管理理念及权威理念,通过树立正确的管理理念,以实现项目合同目标。
Accoording to the specialty of the supervising, the paper indicates the service idea, the justice idea, the regulafion idea, science idea, the rnanagement idea and the authority idea for the general supervising engineer, so as to achieve the contract aims by establishing correct manaement idea.
