针对近年来建筑能耗成倍增长且浪费严重的现象,提出了建筑节能势在必行,介绍了建筑能耗的组成及节能工作的重点,着重探讨了建筑的外墙、梁、柱、屋面、门窗等围护结构的节能设计,并提出用高科技节能的措施,以促进节能工作的开展。
