Based on profound analysis of evaluation index of construction project, an improved SVR algorithm which can resolve effectively regression of multi-dimension output variable was utilized to establish a bidding evaluation model. A great deal of bidding evaluation examples were collected to supply samples for the improved SVR network training and built the intelligent model of construction project bidding evaluation. One actual bidding evaluation result testified the reliability of this model, which offered a new method for eonstruction project bidding evaluation.
