摘要
控制系统的可用性与安全性都是系统的长期工作特性,需合理管理冲突,满足可靠性和可维修性要求,并控制正在进行的、长期的维修、运营活动及环境,才能达到运行期间的安全性和可用性目标。安全性与可用性评估应采用国际标准与通行的方法与技术。
Availability and Safety of control system are characteristics of a system＇s long lifecycle,need reasonable management of their conflicts.Attainment of in-service safety and availability targets can only be achieved by meeting all reliability and maintainability requirements and controlling the ongoing,long-term,maintenance and operational activities and the system environment.Assessment of Safety and availability should adopt international standard and the common method and technique.
