摘要
从分析信息化医院建立的重要性入手，对目前医院信息化建设现状及存在的主要问题进行分析，并总结经验教训，参照业务流程再造的思想对医院信息化建设进行了创新管理，取得了良好的效果。
Analysis from the importance of establish information hospital,construction on the current status of hospital information and analysis of the main problems,and lessons learned,reference to thinking of business process reengineering for hospital information technology innovation management,achieved good results.
